File a Complaint

Before the certified commission can investigate and consider your dispute, you need to file a complaint to the services provider (a broker). This usually takes 14 days to provide you with an answer and clarification.

Please include as much information as you can, including the type of product involved, the dates the problem occurred, the name, address and telephone number (if you know these) of all individuals and firms involved and a description of the problem (please attach a separate page if you need more space than provided)

If you are seeking payment of a sum of money please provide any relevant calculations of your claim(s)

To file a dispute properly, please attach the copies of the following documents for the commission to understand your case in detail and have an opportunity to fulfill your issue.

Information you DON’T have to submit:

  • Any personal identifiers (ID, driver’s license, passports, etc);
  • Financial documents including bank account statements and credit card information;
  • Personal account information: login, password, email address.

Remember that commission officials don’t request any kind of your personal information or private data.
